Can you show a before and after screenshot of what you've done so far as well as your layers panel and a description of how you removed the objects. There may well be a better way - but we need to see what you've done first.

Unfortunately I keep deleting the results out of frustration.
im selecting the object using content aware and hitting delete
or I’ve tried one of the reminder removal tools
both time there is a dark shadow where the wire was

Content aware fill works fine here.
You can also use the Spot healing brush. Go over the wires again if necessary.

I can make the object go away.
I don’t know why it leaves a dark shadow behind

That should not happen. At least it does not on my computer...

Sky:
1. Make a selection as shown here (Note the marching ants that encircle the pole and the wires):

2. Edit > Content Aware Fill. OK
NOTE: In older versions of PS you would first select the entire sky and place it on a separate layer so that reference information would not include the buildings. Then you would use Edit > Fill > Content Aware to lose the wires and pole. Then, Layer > Merge Down

OK guys - I was able to do what you suggested. I removed the wires and the pole - THANKS
However, please look at the image where the pole WAS - there is a shadow
I tried the content aware fill but it didnt get rid of it
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Mark, I have found that, remarkable as Content Aware Fill is, on occasion a selected area needs a second application of Content Aware Fill to tweak an area. No harm in trying it. Good luck.

thanks all - I think I solved it
After I used all of your advice - I clicked on the paint brush tool
I then clicked on the sky
It made the sky a uniform blue and made the shadow disappear
blind luck!
