Removing a reflected face in window

Hello,
I am trying to salvage this photo I took of a bear we passed on a bus, but caught someones reflection in the image.

I am trying to remove all the reflections including the face on the bear itself which is proving the most difficult.
I have tried playing with stamp clones and spot healing but it wasn't quite working (I am an amateur at this).
Wondering if there is anything else to do so I can salvage this photo or is it too far gone?
Any help or advice is welcome.

Attached is the jpg and png file.

Thanks!

Try to use those tools with care on a duplicated layer that only has a selection of the water. (limit action of tools to current layer in the top Options bar).

Thanks, yeah tried to work on a duplicate layer, but the face on the bear proved difficult with those tools.

I am not sure of the area that required adjustment, but this is the image with changes in probable areas made with the Patch tool.

In the future I suggest you post imges in png

Thanks! I have updated the post with a png. My main struggle was with the face on the bear itself, trying to salvage the fur and lighting.

You are right, maybe trying to change just the color of that area would work.

A way to do it is to use a brush, picking the color from the water (holding Alt and clicking on it), using it in COLOR mode.

(Select a soft edges brush and use a low opacity, it will require care and patience too. But it will chnge the tone from brown to blue, something that may be just what is needed.
