Renaming a Smart Filter in Ps version 25

A lot of good replies in this newer version of Adobe Help Community Forums, so thanks to all that have responded to their fellows.
I'm an artist and that means I'm eccentric, misunderstood, and poor, but I enjoy creating. I’ve started using AI Presets and thus rely more and more on Smart Object and the layering of those Smart Objects Let me briefly explain my workflow, see attachment “work_flow-01.jpg”.
Step 1: I open the image in ACR and do some overall edits.
Step 2: Copy the resulting background layer, renaming the layer during creation, if necessary.
Step 3: Create a Smart Object of the new Layer.
Step 4: Add filters, Presets, Etc.
The problem is I can find no way to “Rename” the Smart Filters. In the example JPG I’ve attached you can see this image has 2 Smart Filters. The first Smart Filter is from PS Neural Filters and is the Smart Portrait filter. The second filter is from AI Preset Lab named 6t. Hair | Tint – Green. Let’s ignore the crappy job this AI Preset has done and focus on the problem. You can easily imagine how the naming convention of the Smart Filters is problematic when you have multiple filters or after time has pasted and you can’t remember the “Neural Filter” was actually the “Smart Portrait” filter. The second filter simply reads as “Camera Raw Filter”.
Can an individual find what these two filters were? Yes, by opening each filter you’ll eventually find what filter was used. Wouldn’t it be easier to be able to simply rename the Smart Filters to a more descriptive label? If this is possible in Ps version 25.0.0 I can’t find it.
Does anyone know of a way to rename Smart Filters?
Thank you for your time.

I thought that this topic sounded familiar...
I personally believe that simply naming the smart filter differently, by automatically adding/updating the parameters and opacity or blend mode would be better. Currently we can:
Therefore, simply appending this information to the existing smart filter text would be my suggestion:
Or perhaps leaving it as is, but making the tool tip that pops up more informative (adding the parameters, blend mode, opacity etc) than the current useless "Filter Effect Name":
