repeat check license ?

Hi all,

  When I launch photoshop, login with my account, it will show my license is OK. (sorry picture is in chinese)

then It stuck here, infinity check license, this window will appear and disappear again and again.

if I sign out Creative Cloud, it will stop, of course I can not use photoshop.

My account is still under subscription.

Try reinstall photo and creative cloud can not solve problem. (ps: why I should sign-in in order to remove software!)

Is any one can help me? Thank you very much!
