Replace a shoe with another shoe in Photoshop

Hi I had an engagement session and my groom accidentally wore two diff shoes! So i am trying to edit the shoe to match his other shoe. Can someone please help me figure out how to do this? He has sent me other photos of the left shoe in his dress pants but the colors dont match up I suppose bc of the lighting being different Please help as I amtrying to deliver this gallery to my clients. Thank you so much!

The seams and the laces may be worth clipping and warping but the soles and the top it may be more efficient to do with a lot of painting.
