request access to view photoshop file

An artist wants to share a photoshop file for me to view. Adobe constantly asks for me to request access. This causes long delays in workflow. can access be made permanent with a sgared folder?

    Thanks, I just saw this. I ended up Calling Adobe sales and somebody transferred me to a person who walked me through it. I want to use this method in my design workflow but it is clunky. my collaborators send files to review and then I am asked to request access. I will share the link you provided. I believe in this process and will keep trying. THX
