Hello,
I just realized that Adobe has been charging me monthly for Photoshop license eventough I clearly bought one month license (and it clearly said there was not monthly membership or payments. There was the option to have monthly payment and I requested the ONLY ONE MONTH).
I would like to know if someone else had the same problem and how to proceed against this kind of fooling people around.
Thank

Hi
Did you read the terms and conditions when you subscribed for one month? It states that it will renew automatically until you cancel. We are users on this forum and cannot assist with billing. You can try contacting Adobe Customer Care:

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

Subscription are yearly paid monthly and if not canceled within so many days will be subject to an early termination fee when you cancel.

In this case, it sounds like the user bought the correct (month-to-month) subscription, which can be cancelled at any time without an early termination fee, but did not understand that it renews monthly unless it is canceled.

That depends on which subscription you take. Photoshop as a standalone application is still available as a monthly subscription. The monthly payment is more than the same application as an annual plan paid monthly. The comments by Jane on auto-renewal still apply though.
