Required transformation isn't possible

Hello!
When I do a transformation (Ctrl + T) and drag one corner to another position holding Ctrl key, I get an error.. I happens only when the anchor point crosses diagonal. Is this a bug? Using lates PS version.

I'm sorry, can you please clarify what you mean by the phrase "anchor point crosses diagonal"? 

If you're saying it happens when you've set a corner orientation point (using the boxes on the control bar), then that's not usual behavior. 

Can you please tell us what the error says? Or is it just a noise? 

First recommendation would be to reset preferences (Quit Photoshop, then hold Shift+Control+Alt through restart until it asks if you want to reset preferences), but without more information, I'm afraid I can't help guide you further.
