Resetting default brushes in Photoshop

When I go the brushes menu and click on Restore Default Brushes, the program inserts another folder for General Brushes, but when I open that folder, there are only 8 brushes in it.  How can I restore all the brushes that used to be there?

Thanks for taking the time to reply JJMack.  On looking through other questions and answers, I realised that if I reset Legacy Brushes, then I would have my brushes back - Yay, it worked!!

What version of Photoshop are you using. The have been many recent changes made in Photoshop brush support.
