I was working in Photoshop CC and used some keyboard shortcut command and now have my artboard starting 5"+ down the screen. How do I restore the setting so that the artboard starts at "0 inches" at the top of the screen?

Are you referring to resetting the ruler origin point (0,0) or having your artboard (re)located in the upper-left corner of your screen?

Yes, I'm referring to resetting the ruler origin point (0,0).  I've been working in Illustrator for years.  This the first time that this has happened.  I would really appreciate your help.  Thank you.

I just figured it out.  I quit Photoshop.  When I relaunched, I held the Shift, Option and Command keys.  I'm back to 0"0" and I'm able to scroll again.  Thank for pointing me in the right direction with the Terminology.

No need to quit, just double-click the ruler intersection. That works for all of the Adobe print apps.
