Question

Resetting printing margins?

I'm relatively new to printing, so please forgive the ignorance of this question. I am printing with an Epson P600 and am attempting to make full-bleed prints. However, when I try to print, the preview window shows an unprintable area on the top and right hand side of the page. All my margins are set to zero and I've chosen a paper side with no margins - US Letter (Sheet feeder(borderless, auto-expand)). When you increase the scale of the print and drag it around, the margins remain. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this. It also happened with a Canon printer that I had before this Epson. Attached is a picture for ref. Thanks in advance for any advice you guys might have.

Hi cmleaman,

Could you provide us a full screenshot of the Print settings? Have you tried "Border-less" printing? Often you will see two versions of a paper size, one that is borderless and the other that is not.

Note that Photoshop has no control over the paper margins or borders, this is entirely controlled by the printer.

Thanks,

If you say photoshop has not control over paper margins or borders, then why does the paper with boarders come on my two diff computers and two diff printers?  I can not get rid of the borders page for the life of me and no matter what option I choose the border page stays there.

I need help to get the dang border page gone and out of there and get a normal white page up
