Every time I resize all the layers in my timeline/frame animation all the layers get this odd white dotted line around them. When I save the gif it appears as a faint white border around the entire thing. This started recently, and it only happens with resizing my stacked frames. Regular photos work fine. I've reset my preferences, played with settings, uninstalled and reinstalled. I have no idea what could've changed. Thanks in advance for any help!
