Resonator photoshop plugin error?

It a common message you get from an automated processes when a document is in a condition that the command the process is trying to use can not be used.  When you use Photoshop UI you see some menu items are grayed out sometimes and are not grayed out other times, When they are grayed out you can not use the command is is not available because  of the current state of the active document. If a process select pixels on a layer the strokes or fills the selection things work great however if the active layer the the process selected pixels was empty the would be no pixels selected there would be no active selection.  So stroke selection or fill selection would not be available for use for the is no active selection.  The process would generate that message instead.  I have no idea what the Resonator plug-in does.  If your document  does not have something that Resonator depends on a massage like that will result.  The problem may be with you document not Resonator.

To move simething there must be something targerted to be moved.
