Retouch4me Color Match stopped working

My Retouch4Me Color Match plugin for Photoshop stopped working. It is the latest version and it's an original paid version (not a crack!). When I made the colors look good and close the plugin to go back to Photoshop the color looks crazy and red.

I have seen a thread earlier that was closed after someone said it's a problem for cracked versions.
This is NOT a cracked version, so that is wrong. 

Do anyone know how to fix the problem? I guess it must have been after an update for Photoshop. It all worked fine earlier.
