Revert back to older version of Photoshop

Yes, I do use an older PC, but the new update of Photoshop 2021, will not allow me to do 3d renderings. says my graphics card is not compadiable with new update. So how can I revert back to 2020 or even 2019

 

When I go to cloud, I do not see the options for older versions, as I did in the past

I have the same problem. 

3D menu greyed out. GPU not detected. NVIDA card, latest driver.

Windows 7.

What can I do?

I have Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.2.4

I read that reverting back to 21.1.3 will make this problem go away. 

Cleative Cloud 5.2.1 I don't see any option for reverting back or downgrading to any older version.

Im on Photography Plan (20GB).

 

Why did you take away something that worked, and offer no alternative? 

Please fix this, I need the 3D options for my work. And I cannot edit my existing 3D files now.

Workaround of fix please.
