Right-click not working

Hi - Photoshop updated to v24.0 yesterday and, unless I'm being particularly thick, right-click isn't bringing up the extensive menu it used to, just a 'Layer 1/Isolate layers dialogue box. Any ideas, gang?

Hi, right-click usually produces different results according to where you click inside the layers panel, there are at least 5 different targets....

Thanks for the reply - I didn't describe that very well - if, for example,
I select a subject within an image, then copy it, if I rt-click on that
copied layer I only get the dialogue box.

OK, you are right-clickin on the image itself.

As their name suggests, contextual menu you'll get will depend on the tool selected.

With the Move tool (V), you'll indeed get a list of the layers present under the cursor.

If you have a selection tool, you'll get a menu pertaining to selections.

With a painting tool, you'll get a menu that lets you adjust the brush.
