Don't try and tell me this isn't a bug. It's been a bug since 2017 or so and everyone has now become so complacent to say "esc" key fixes it. You need to have a function to DISABLE rotate view if you aren't going to ever fix this bug. I'm on a laptop using a wireless mouse, however I've experienced this over the years on multiple systems and multiple mice. To see the result open a document and hold down alt key while zooming in and out. Do this all over the place zoom in and out with the mouse wheel. Lift alt key, press it, hold it. eventually you will have the view rotate randomly.
Just give us the option to disable this dumb feature that is only for art pad users.
