ruler's zone turn in white while drawing

Hello, while i make click with the pen or eraser, the ruler zone turn in white (all around the ruler's zone).

i use imac with Big sur, and it hapens in photoshop CC 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Is that normal?? can i dissable it??
