Same computer, two different sessions, same Adobe account

Hi,
I created a second user on my computer for my son, he is only 14 years old and loves and is learning Adobe applications. In the second user session on the computer, the programmes asked me to log in again. But I was afraid that my account would be suspended as a result of the same Adobe autorun being opened in several different places. Does anyone know anything about this? Can the same Adobe account programmes be used in two different sessions on the same computer? After all, it would not be possible to have two sides open at the same time.

@GrafiQer your Adobe Creative Cloud account is for single use only and cannot be shared with other users, each individual must have their own Adobe subscription

There is no contradiction there. The plan is individual to one person only and is not licensed for other people to use. That person may have more than one device e.g. commonly a desktop PC and a laptop. They can install and activate CC on both machines, but can only use one at a time.

There is the violation. The plan is not for use by you and your son (or anyone else), but for you only. For the scenario you describe, i.e. a second person using the application even on the same computer, a second license or team license is required.

With an individual plan, you have the flexibility to install Adobe apps on multiple devices. However, remember that you can use them on one device at a time. You can activate (sign in) Adobe apps on two devices, but if you want to activate them on a third device, simply deactivate or sign out of one of your previous devices first. Learn more about installing Adobe apps on more than one device.


Can I share my login credentials with two or more users?
No, individual plans are for one person only. You can't have more than one person use an individual plan. You can find more information in the sections 'Use of Services and Software' and 'User Conduct' of Adobe General Terms of Use. You can install on as many devices as you wish, but you can only have an active account on two devices, and use one at a time.

Okay, I just want to make the legally correct inference. Technically, I have two installations on the same computer. Only one of them can be active and running at the same time. Also, I'm not sharing my Adobe account information with anyone, I'm sharing my computer with my son, so there doesn't seem to be a legal issue or a violation of the usage policy.

It's my license and I should be able to do with it what i want, this is stupidity! I have been chasing my tail for an hour because all i get is " you have been logged out ... log back in to access your services."

 

First of all they should tell you it is a licensing thing instead of making you feel insane clearing cookies etc. trying to figure out what you are doing wrong.

 

Second of all, its my license and if I want to set up multiple users on my desktop for work/home/school accounts or even a test profile and a default profile they should not stop me from using the software I've overpaid for. I can see having 3 or more active sessions simultaneously being a problem. Someone may be gaming the system, but for those of us who aren't being shady and just want our software to work with one instance at a time it should be possible. I currently can't figure out how to change it from the user account I installed it on originally to the one I actually need it on. I never thought that their licensing would be so obtuse that it was Microsoft account based... 

 

I have deactivated the device, cleared all cookies, cleared all log in sessions and I still get the (cursing removed) error that tells me nothing. Adobe needs to chill a bit or they are going to lose customers from the price gouging, non ownership, difficulty of use, etc. I don't need the AI (cursing removed). I just need software that works and preferably without 20 min of updates and installs every time I power up to use it.

according to their terms my use case is valid but they don't allow it. I am one (1) person using one license but cannot how i need to use it. see below.

The software section of the TOS also only mentions virtual machines and "vertual processors" not different profiles for the same user on the same hardware.
