Save As button not responding-photoshop 23.5.1

Hi

Facing following issues with Photoshop v23.5.1

- Nothing happens on clicking 'Save As'in the File menu

- When i try to run a batch to save the files, nothing happens on clicking the 'choose..' button after selecting 'folder' in the drop down of 'Destination' field in the batch dialog box

Following steps taken

- Renamed UXP file to ~UXP : This solved the problem intermittently. Everytime I face problem, I have to rename UXP file, either to ~UXP or back to UXP. Problem gets solved after each rename on restarting PS, but again crops up after sometime.

- Uninstalled and reinstalled PS : Did a clean install of PS. It solved the issue, but after sometime back to sqare one.

- PS already have full disk access.
