Save as issues

I have some Save as... issues on MacOS Catalina

1. not able to paste text to filename with cmd-v
2. fileextention comes focused in dialog. It used to be just the filename. and I don't want to hide the extention. 
3. need two confirmations for replacing an existing file

ext focusedreplace OSXreplace PS

Is there a settings for these or are they bugs?
