Save for Web (Legacy) grayed out after resetting Preferences to default

I have been creating jpg's of my images by going to File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy) but this is now grayed out.  I just reset my Preferences to their default settings.  Might this have something to do with it and how can I get this feature back?  Thanks.

I think more than 30.000px in any direction also affects it.

The only condition that I can think of right now, that would disable Save for we, is 32bit image depth.

Ah, that must be it.  The image is quite large - 38,360 x 10,632 px.  Is there a workaround for generating a jpg of the image if Save for Web (Legacy) won't do it?  Thank you.

Please post a meaningful screenshot including all pertinent Panels and dialogs.

What are the image’s Colour Mode, Bit Depth and pixel dimensions (is any side above 30.000px)?
