Save for web not working in photoshop 2019 update

In recent photoshop update  Save for web (legacy) command not working. It shows following error. "The system cannot ffind specified path.

Discussion successfully moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Photoshop

Does it fail as soon as your select Export->Save for Web (legacy)?

Works fine for me:
