Save for Web not working

Hi, I have the latest version of photoshop installed and it gives the following message when I want to save for web: "Operation could not be completed. Unknown operating system error has occured". 

I have uninstalled it, installed an older version, but same problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I do get that message when I use older versions of Photoshop eg Photoshop 2019.

I all is working well in Photoshop's lastest version for me.
