Save new default print settings?

I am printing product labels from Photoshop with Epson label printer.
The labels have specific size and the position on the left side of paper.

The default settings for printing is "center".

When I start printing, I have to go to printer settings and define the printing format instead of the default.

Then I have to define the printing position and size.

Then I may print a copy and see how the settings work.

Then I try to print the same label again but all the settings above are gone.  I have to define all the setting from beginning.
Then, after doing this few times, it is not any more able to start printer settings due to following error with Photoshop Print Settings
"Could not export the clipboard because of a program error".

The only way to go forward is to close the Photoshop, restart it, print few labels with defining all the settings each time, until next error message, etc.

Are there any means to define and save the printer settings for a specific file, or at least define the defaults printer settings that would stay active during the session?
