Save to cloud.

I keep getting this pop-up prompting me to save to the cloud,

I have no use for the cloud and the option to disable it is missing.

I found a post on the subject but it is locked???

Why would it be locked before there is a solution?

Seems to me they are creating more problems with their continual udates than they are solving

What version number and build are you running? Older versions had a different way to disable cloud saves than later versions.

1. Reset your preferences.

And/or

2. Update to the latest version

@WILLIAM21960591m0al  what version of Photoshop are you running?

As @Stephen Marsh mentioned, try resetting your preferences by going to Preferences/General and clicking the reset upon quit button and relaunching PS.

Did the option under File Handling show? Do you have an option when the pop up occurs to "Dont show again" in the lower left?

Resetting worked for a day or so, but the option in file handling is gone again.

I never did see a Don't ask again box.

A bit of a hit-and-miss, but then that's what I have come to expect from Adobe.

Are you running as an Administrator on the account? There is no reason that settings would revert back on their own unless you do not have permissions to the folders that preferences are located in.
