Why did Adobe set save to Creative Cloud as default in Photoshop and every time Im trying to save a file it goes back to save to creative cloud even if I saved to desktop previously? before it was always saving to the last way I saved... this is such a bad user experience! every time I save a file I first have to click the save to computer button... which is at least 50 times a day!

Not a bug.

Just don’t save to the cloud if you don’t want to.

What is your Photoshop > Preferences > File Handling > Default File Location setting?
