saved an image and it over right my saved folder with that image

I upscaled an image in Photoshop using a "saved action," but the action automatically renamed the image with the folder's name and overwrote the folder where the image was supposed to be saved. Now, the entire folder has disappeared, and only the image exists in its place. I had a lot of work stored in that folder. I really need help with this issue.

@AR Studio at this point there is nothing anyone here can do. If you have a backup of the folder you can recover otherwise there is no way for Adobe or the volunteers on this forum to assist you.
