I can't save an image from photo shop to a folder. Keeps saying disk is full. How do I fix this?

Which version of Photoshop?

I ask because older software versions may be incapable of reading your computer's vast storage capacity.  This can result in 'Disk Full' errors. The solution is to use modern software that's compatible with modern equipment.

If you're using Photoshop CC, please refer to the miminum system requirements below.

Do you have an external drive you can save it to? If you do, do you get the same error? How much free space do you have on your computer?

Be specific. What is the exact message? Does it say that your scratch disk is full, or just that your disk is full?

Please post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop.
