Saving filename

Hi,

why is the file save window different between OSX High Sierra+Photoshop 21.0.1 and OSX Catalina+Photoshop 21.0.1 ?

I need for my workflow only the filename highlighted (not the extension). How can I fix it?

This is a Mac OS Catalina issue - Photoshop 21.0.1 highlights the name as expected in Mojave, but in Catalina I am seeing the same issue you have.
