saving gif with transparency for Giphy sticker, but it always get a background.. help!

I have made a gif this way:

Premiere: Render to gif in 10 fps. Then opened up the gif in photoshop, I removed what i wanted to make transparent, rendered it, and it comes up with a background when i preview it in chrome or that Giphy site.

Ive added a screenshot of whats happening. Im going crazy, thats all i know. I've made over 100+ gifs in this procedure and now all of a sudden this happens..
