saving issue

Hi, guys

I've got problem with ps and I event dont know call it. Sometimes when I work on a project whole composition is crashing. Its hard to doscribe. Lets look at pictures

And there is also same issue graphic when I save it as JPG. This wired crashes sometimes apear also during work. And for example if I try to paint something on them to cover it just with brush, I just cant do that. Do you konw what can I o with that?  I have to add that always when I open PS i have innfomation about directX. I have 11 wersion instead of 12. And there is writen that my Graphic CPU is inconsistent. Do You know What it all means? I don't want my computer to die:((
