Saving JPG are now huge. Help

I have been doing my routine for the last 15 years. Along with the script to save multiple big files into small jpg images so i can email them out for proofing. 
See image. The file comes out huge. It was never like this. Even when I use the script it's set to jpg and resive and all my files are like 75mb instead of 175kb.

Could be metadata bloat. What size do you get using export as or save for web?
