I have Photoshop version 20.0.7 and am preparing to install the new update. I don't plan on keeping the current version. What do I have to do so I don't have to reinstall Imagenomic collection and Nik collection? I also want to keep all of my PS actions and PS brush tool customizations.

You will need to reinstall third party plugins. It's safer than trying to manually move them and missing resources.

As for your preferences and presets - this page covers all of it.

Do not uninstall the 2019 Photoshop version. Use the old and the new version on the same computer. You can confirm if instructions appear to use preferences in the new version.

I consent to the active use of preferences at all times.

There is a Preset folder in the applications. Every tool you install is stored in this folder. You can move what you need here and keep it under the folder.
