Question

Scale imagesize -> Scale styles is greyed out

Hello together.

We have a problem in Photoshop. We have in multiple images rectangles with a contour of 4px and the DPI is at 300dpi. For some pictures we need to scale it down to 150dpi and the rectangle with the contour scale down to 2px.

At my computer that works perfectly, but not for my colleague: her "scale styles" is greyed out and I have no clue how to set it to yes. She always has to set those rectangle contour to 2px manually. We both have 2024 PS installed.

Can someone help please? Best regards!

HI!

Could you post a larger screenshot of your whole work space area with the panels open including the panel you are showing? It is really difficult to see what is going on with just the little bit of image that you are showing. That will give us a better idea of how to help!

Thanks!

Michelle

There doesn't appear to be any layer styles/FX applied.

Also, a constrained resize is required.
