Scaling Down Graphics to match same size.

should be simple but it isnt, lol, ive created graphics a3 portrait, and scaling them down, i have one scaled down at the correct size, all im trying to do is to scale the other versions (which are the a3 portrait) , graphics to the same size, but its either mm/cm over or 1mm/cm etc, too short?, for example how can i get them to match size wise?, cheers much appreciated.

Never scale based on print dimensions. Photoshop works in pixels only, and print size is determined by assigning a pixels per inch value later. Ppi is just metadata and not a property of the file.

In other words, print size is relative to whatever ppi value is assigned. The basic unit in the file is a pixel. Make it a habit to always work by pixel dimensions. All the rest is secondary.
