Scam or real?

Community Beginner ,
May 10, 2023 May 10, 2023

I received a request as a YouTuber from a supposed Abobe employee. The mail is without a signature and therefore does not seem serious to me. Can anyone tell me if this can be the email address of a real Adobe employee: kim.lewis@adobesupport.online

Thank you

@Mondenkind87 I'd say it's a scam, you can report it here phishing@adobe.com.

Adobe emails go @Deleted User. On the other hamd @adobesupport.online was set up two weeks ago, and is in Russia.

Scam. Good catch!

It didn't look particularly serious either. But I could imagine that some YouTubers will respond to it.

No signature -- I did NOT order and never have had Adobe Acrobat Sign (Norton Annual Protection) I do not have any card on file -- I don't know where they charged this to, but this has to be figured  out with no charge on any of my cards or my bank accound.  I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT OR ANY PAYMENT -- THIS IS A LIE. IT ALSO SAYS: TRANSACTION STATUS: SUCCESSFUL. IF YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS AT +1 (808) 556-4297 TO CANCEL AND REQUEST A REFUND.
