SCRATCH DISK FULL ERROR false

Hi, am using a 2020 Macbook air as a uni student. i realy on any adobe product to run correctly. 

since this morning, am not able to use PHOTOSHOP. Because aparently my sctatch disk is full, despite that i have 150GB of free sapce on my Mac. can someone find a fix for me i dont know what to do any more.

One reason this happens is that you have a very large file. You didn't say how big yours is. Sometimes this happens because the user accidentally set the file size to 3000 inches x 3000 inches instead of 3000 x 3000 pixels, for instance. It could be one of the other reasons though.

But i have 150GB of free space on my mac SSD and am still getting this error message
