SCRATCH DISK FULL

I just got a new Dell laptop strictly for CC - Premiere Pro seems to work fine, but I get this error that my Scratch Disk is full. How can it be full when I just got the laptop and just installed CC today?!?! This is so frustrating. I tried the Ctrl + Alt when starting up Ps and I keep getting it.

The screenshot shows you have only 5.7 GB free, in which case the message is very real. That's down to nothing and you need at least 20 times that for normal Photoshop operation.

 

If you actually have more than that, something odd is going on. Go to Photoshop > Help > System Info and paste the whole content here.
