Scratch disk is full issue

I don't understand what to do - have read other tickets and tried to empty my disk, cash and so on. Please, advise what's the matter.

Change your document size to pixels, you have your document size in centimeters

I'm stuck with this. I cant change any prefrences because I can't get access to them.

You need to free up space on your main drive, you only have 5.97GB of free space for the scratch disk

Hi @default1nawnnyego45 

Did you mean to use pixels instead of centimeters for the image size? That might be the issue.

        Yeah I have had that problem many times before, would be a nice feature, I sometimes refresh the page before replying but since I'm faster at typing than you I decided not to on this occassion 🤣
