Screen flashing black and white [was: NEEDED OF HELP]

Does anyone else have problems when opening a file the canvas just starts changing within blak and white, but in a really fast way that do not stop. PLEASE if someone knows something help me, i'm desperate 🙂

    Try enabling "Deactivate Native Canvas" in General Preferences and restarting Photoshop; better?
