Screen flickering (white) in Photoshop CC 2019

Just updated to latest version of Photoshop CC (Ver. 20.0.2) screen still flickering when zooming in/out from the picture or moving it around. Screen interface is also red at first open, if I minimize the PS interface, and then maximize it again the red color is gone. (The "red interface" is also an issue with PS CC 2018).

I have a AMD professional graphics card running on the latest pro driver. (Radeon Vega Frontier Edition), Ryzen 8 core CPU, 64 GB of fast RAM and generally new, high performance computer system. (8K main screen running 30 bit color).

Works fine with the previous version of Photoshop CC (2018).

Only solution so far has been to not use Photoshopp CC (2019) at all, since the flickering renders it totally useless.

And yes, I have tried everything to make it work. (Every possible tweak and setting).

Photoshop: Please fix!

Yes! Latest driver update* from AMD fixed the issue. Both the red interface and flickering issues are now gone :-)

This has taken a long time to fix, and apparently AMD was to "blame" ?

Anyway, very happy that I can now actually use PS2019!

I'm on a Mac, and on Mac you can only update the graphics display driver by updating the OSs.

I have the same issue. I've been seeing this strange screen flickering with pixelated squares. It only happens with photoshop, and if you zoom in or out it goes away. It only happens when zoomed at certain percentages, although I haven't figured out which ones.

I'm including a link to a video screen capture that shows the issue.

You seem to have a very different issue than what I experience with my computer.

In my case the Photoshop screen flickers bright white with high frequency whenever moving or zooming in/out on the photo. It is like having a strobe in your face. Renders PS CC 2019 unusable. Also the interface is red upon open, red interface goes away if I minimize and then maximize PS.

Adobe Feedback site show Adobe has Acknowledged 200+ Problems in CC 2019  and many  are marked in Progress.  The .0.2 Update only addressed 23 Problems. So there will be more fixes comming.
