Screen resolution goes bad after opening an image

Hi,

This wasn't a problem before but opening up photoshop works like regular. But, when I open any image or even a new file it becomes like the image attached. What can I do to fix this?

It' a video driver bug. Update the driver.

If this is a laptop with dual GPU, disable one of them. Photoshop doesn't work well with dual graphics.
