Screen to small

Hi everyone, so every time I open a new project the screen is always this small and not centered I've tried everything and cant fix it. Every time I try to move it, the editing screen turns black. Would really like some help thanks!

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
