Select and mask error in photoshop 23.5

Hello all,

I am using photoshop 23.5 version.

Whenever I use any tool in select and mask I get the following error:

If I click "ok" I can resume working in select and mask, but the selections output is very blocky.

Any solutions for this?

usually this happen when you press  ENTER button accidently .

Thanks for the reply, but I lately found out that this happens, when I try to navigate on the canvas by pressing Space key. Not by pressing ENTER button. It is just annoying since it happens so often.
