Photoshop crashes every time I try to use the Select and Mask function. How to fix it?

Try resetting your preferences. You can reset them through the prefeneces or holding down the keys - a quick google search will give you the combo.

Are there any Crash reports you can post? If may show what photoshop module is crashing.
