Selection Brush tool

Good morning,

In Affinity photo there was a Selection Brush Tool.You had the opportunity to use a button to "snap to Edges".Also there was a button where you could easily refine the edge of your selection. Can you tell me if there is something similar in Photoshop please? Thankyou

An old school method is to go into Quick Mask mode (the Q key toggles this), which turns the selection into an editable channel.

There is the Quick Selection tool that you use like a brush to make a selection. You brush over a section and it expands to select a region. Here's more information about the selection tools:

 

You can refine a selection while a selection tool is active by clicking on the Select and Mask... button in the Options bar (Window > Options) and using the tools in that mode. Here's more information:
