It's actually super easy, and you don't need to use the forum widget.  Once it is loaded to your clipboard, whether by right clicking and copying, or by using a screen grabber, you can simply paste it to this thread with Ctrl v (Cmd v).

If it's a large image, or a PSD with many layers, you can upload to Dropbox or similar.

Then post a link here to the image in its shared Dropbox location.

Click the reply button to bring up the same dialog you used to type your post. At the top in the toolbar is a icon that looks like a landscape, click it to upload an image to this thread.
It is also possible to copy and paste.
