seperate tabs please

How can I open pictures all in seperate frames from LR?

Right now they all go into the same frame.  Application frame is turned off.

Window menu > Arrange > Float All in Windows

You can use the command mentioned above in an Action via the "Insert Menu Item" option found in the Action panel menu and assign an F-Key shortcut to manually apply once files have been opened.

Taking this a step further, the Script Events Manager could be configured to run the Action when the Open Document event is triggered, then this is fully automated:

Note: I'm not running Lr so I don't know if this will work only for the first open file or for all opened files. A script may be required to run this over every open file.

You could also try Photoshop>Preferences>Workspace and uncheck Open Documents as Tabs
