Serial code problem

Hi Guys. I owe photoshop cs6, purchased a new pc and wanted to move my license to the new device. And a problem happened. Firstly, I wanted to download an install file from my adobe account, but there's nothing to download. So, I decided to register my serial key and every time showed me a message: "this serial number is already in use". Alright, maybe first I have to deactivate my cs6 in my old pc. Did it and nothing. I'm not able to register my serial number at the adobe account website. Any kind of Adobe support is always like a dead end, no emails, no phones etc. Please, someone help? Best, Paulina
